I get hungry every time I think of getting the opportunity eat slow cooked pig fresh off of the spit. It really is something. We’ve rented them from time to time when having big parties or events. We started thinking about designing a large recreational area on a piece of property. Part of that design will include a pig roaster. Just something rustic and exciting about slow cooking the pig on a pig roaster. You spend all day pitching horse shoes, drinking beer, snacking and socializing with that smoked aroma in the air. We’ve started researching what it’s going to take to build a pig roaster. Our goal is to find high quality parts and cool designs. We’re looking for ways to make the pig roaster out of recycled parts as well. As we learn more and come up with designs we like, we’ll offer them on our website. While were working on that, we’ll also review other places that are already offering similar products and plans. The more we learn, they more we’ll publish.
